Digital Art License Agreement

This Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into as of the purchase date by and between Rauhī Design (“Licensor”) and the purchaser of the digital art file (“Licensee”).

1. Grant of License

The Licensor grants the Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the purchased digital art file for personal use only.

2. Permitted Uses

The Licensee may:

• Print the digital art file for personal display (e.g., in their home or office).

• Use the file as a personal wallpaper (e.g., on computers or smartphones).

3. Restrictions

The Licensee may NOT:

• Use the digital art for commercial purposes (e.g., selling, advertising, or branding).

• Modify, alter, or create derivative works from the digital art.

• Share, distribute, or resell the digital art file in any format.

• Upload the file to websites, apps, or platforms where it may be shared or downloaded by others.

4. Ownership and Copyright

All rights, title, and interest in the digital art remain with the Licensor. This Agreement does not transfer copyright or ownership to the Licensee.

5. Termination

This license is valid indefinitely unless the Licensee breaches the terms of this Agreement. In such cases, the license will terminate immediately, and the Licensee must delete all copies of the digital art.

6. Disclaimer of Liability

The Licensor is not responsible for any printing errors, colour discrepancies, or issues arising from third-party use of the digital art.

7. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of New Zealand.

8. Agreement Acknowledgment

By purchasing or downloading the digital art file, the Licensee agrees to the terms of this Agreement.
