Do you offer custom or commission orders?
We do custom Pepeha and pēpi prints.
We do not offer commission orders.
What size prints do you offer?
All prints are available in A4 or A3 size.
Do the colours in all your prints match?
All prints are designed individually and for this reason colour shades may vary across different designs.

How long will it take for me to receive my order?
Orders have a processing time of 1-2 business days.
Is it possible to make changes to my order and/or shipping details after purchase?
Yes- for any updates please send us a message through our contact form.
Do you offer Buy Now Pay Later?
Yes- We currently offer LayBuy and AfterPay.

What do I do if my parcel has not arrived/ arrives damaged?
If you've checked your tracking number and it is marked as delivered but you haven't received your parcel or if your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us using our Contact Form.
How much does shipping cost?
Free shipping on orders over $100!
Shipping costs for Aotearoa are as follows:
- Te Waipounamu (South Island NZ) - $7.50
- Te Ika-a-Māui (North Island NZ) - $9.50
- Rural shipping - $15.00
For shipping to Australia, costs are charged based on parcel weight. The rate for your specific order will appear at checkout.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping timeframes are typically as follows:
- Te Waipounamu (South Island NZ) - 1-3 days
- Te Ika-a-Māui (North Island NZ) - 2-4 days
- Rural shipping - Add an additional 3 days to the above timeframes
